Good Gemz Shipping FAQs

Unless indicated, Good Gemz charges a flat $5 fee for ALL orders, unless you choose an expedited shipping rate. Here are some questions we get a lot that relate to shipping and processing:

How long does it take to process my order? We are small business, where ALL items are made by hand. We try to process orders in 48 business hours or less (excluding holidays and weekends. But if something is going to take longer, we will indicate it on the specific product page. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your item ships.

We are not responsible for unpredictable delays like a high volume of orders (we will try our best!) or postal service problems that are out of our control, or anything out of our control for that matter. 

Local pick up & delivery is available for those who live in Downingtown, West Chester or Coatesville, PA. 

Do you offer international shipping? No -- not at this time. We only ship within the US.
